VPN logging intermittent issue

Details of Vpn setup:

1 Cisco Vpn client 4.8

2 Pix 506e firewall

3 Authentication through windows 2003 server

The Vpn setup was functioning smoothly until last couple of days. Currently we are facing following problem:

This is exactly what happens when users face Vpn connectivity issue:

When they start the VPN Client it prompts for user name & password,

after entering them following message appears:

1 contacting security gateway at x.x.x.x

2 authenticating user...

3 contacting the security gateway at x.x.x.x

4 secure vpn connection terminated locally by the client.

Reason 413: user authentication failed.

Then gets disconnected by itself. This happens only randomly.

When tried to ping x.x.x.x it works.

*****Please check for line no. 38 & 39 in the attachment which is the log file

Please help me out to fix the issue.

I am having a user with the same problem, and still can't get it to work. Did anyone come up with a solution?
