I wish to be able to substitute a realm name, my senario is that I wish to dial up to a ISP with a realm name of nick@isp and then connect to a VPN with a realm of nick@vpn. My restriction is that I will be using CHAP authentication and that I my client cannot cope with 2 realm names. The Windows 2000 VPN solution has a facility called REALM substituion/replcaement that allows me to configure a rule that will detect a realm and replace it with another.
