singapore try to connect sydney through vpn (NT) server. That vpn server assign internal ip addrewss for few clients but other clients get wrong external address but when u rebbot vpn server it's start working fine.
Looks like a bug on the code or maybe overlapping address pool on the config. Either way, it would be best to troubleshoot this with the TAC when the problem is happenning.
