W2K Servers W/ ADS

I am relativly new to setting up proper VPNs and so far my experience has been with setting up VPNs off of W2K servers (w/ minimal security).
I need some insight on how to setup a VPN for my PIX 515E firewall. Any information that anyone could provide would be appreciated greatly.
Here is what I plan to do:
-Have employees connect to our W2K network via VPN with dial-up and broadband connections.
-Logon to the network and retirieve email, files from the file server, run limited programs, etc.
- Telnet to a HP-UNIX host via telnet port 23
I was wondering what I need to implement all this. I do not have an AAA server and if possible would like to avoid implementing one if I can. If I cannot avoid it I could use W2K Internet Authroity Service (RADIUS) for the aaa server. Any links or book recomendations on how to implement all this would be great.
