VPN tunnel between Cisco PIX and Checkpoint NG

Hi,

I should set up a VPN tunnel between a pix and a checkpoint NG ...

Problem: both sites use 172.16.x.x for IP-Range ...

Anyone knows where I can find some documentation or help on how to set-up this tunnel ?

P.S. As far as I could find something on the net, I have found some docu on checkpoint to configure a vpn with identical ranges on both sites, when using checkpoint on both sites ...

I need to find out how I can configure this on a PIX.

Thx a lot !!!!!

Karl

Re: VPN tunnel between Cisco PIX and Checkpoint NG

Following document describes communication between overlapping networks with PIX a and Concentrator

http://www.cisco.com/en/US/tech/tk583/tk372/technologies_configuration_example09186a00800949f1.shtml

Both networks are 192.168.4.x and they are NATed to 20.1.1.0 and 10.1.1.0 and then encrypted

M.

Hope that helps rate if it does
