Hi,
If you want to build up a LAN to LAN tunnel between your w2k server and vpn 3000 concentrator, check following url:
Configuring IPSec Between a Microsoft Windows 2000 Server and a Cisco Device
http://www.cisco.com/warp/customer/707/2000.html
If you just want hat windwows 2000 server access your internal network by VPN, install Cisco VPN client will be the simplest way to do it:

Paul,
Is it possible to configure a proxy (Microsoft Proxy 2 or ISA Server) to enable client machines to connect to a remote VPN Concentrator 3005 through it?
Thanks.
