VPN unable to access network

I have an office in India that is trying to access the corporate lan in the us via vpn. the clients are behind a 2600 router and are able to establish the connection to the vpn concentrator. they are given an IP address and I can see them in the log and as active sessions. they are unable to access anything on the network. They cannot ping anything. If they connect via dialup it works fine. It also works fine here in the us. I have a cable modem at home and a private network and can access the corporate network just fine. The router was just put in place and replaced a router the ISP loaned us. we were able to work fine with the ISP router. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Re: VPN unable to access network

Ask the ISP for a copy of the old config. Compare this to the current config to see where they differ.

Re: VPN unable to access network

Make sure the access-list on the 2600 is the mirror image of the concentrator.

Re: VPN unable to access network

I don't have an access list on the concentrator. Could that be the problem?
