Not currently. You can either wait until the release of 12.2(7)T when it will be officially supported, or you can run PPTP on the router if you need w2k clients to connect. Additionally, you could use Safenet's 5.x client which operates similar to the Cisco Secure VPN Client 1.1 but also supports w2k. Please note, the 5.x safenet client is not a Cisco product and has separate licencing cost.
