VPN with Cisco 837

Hi

we have a problem with a VPN with 3 peers, 2 Cisco 837 and one Cisco 827.

The Cisco 827 runs the IOS c820-k2nosv6y6-mz.121-3.XG6 and the others

IOS c837-k9o3y6-mz.122-8.YN

With the 827 we can connect perfectly to other VPNs with 827 or 827-H but with the 837 the tunnel appears in the console but does not go.

Has anybody found the same problem or knows a posible solution?

plz send us the sh ver/sh runn/sh crypto ips sa det/sh cry isa sa and any other relevant info to troubleshoot the issue.

please define what you mean by "tunnel doesn't go".

Cisco has solved the problem changing the ios of the Cisco 837 by the

c837-k9o3y6-mz.122-13.ZG

Yes - our company has deployed about a dozen 837's with the c837-k9o3y6-mz.122-13.YN image and about 1/2 have had some very weird problems such as high cpu utilisation, SegV exceptions and VPN tunnels not coming up. The fix has been upgrading the IOS to c837-k9o3y6-mz.122-13.ZH.bin.

I haven't logged a TAC case yet but they must be aware of issues.
