VPN3000 crashdump file

Just looking at the VPN3060 flash (from File Management menu), there is a CRSHDUMP.TXT file. I have no idea when this file generated (there is a time stamp though) and why the file is generated . I guess the Concentrator get reloaded because of bug on the software ? How should I treat this file ?

Any idea ?

Re: VPN3000 crashdump file

The crashdump.txt is generated if the concentrator crashes for some reason. If you want it analyzed, you need to open a tac case, and attach the crash dump to have it decoded. TAC could then advise you if it is a bug related crash or what. It would also help if you could state the circumstances ie, any network changes or config changes was being done in the concentratror at the same time of the crash.
