VPN3000 - echo requests on sessions over L2TP

When sessions are up over L2TP, VPN3000 sends LCP Echo Requests to the connected PPP clients at one minute intervals. Is there any way to modify the interval for these pings?

There is nothing on the vpn3000 GUI for configuring this featue.
