The error "Cannot resolve an IP address for remote peer" occurs when there is no method selected for address assignment. Make sure that at least one method is selected. If address pool is selected, then make sure that there are free addresses in
the address pool. If you have free addresses in the address pool, then delete the address pool and re-enter the addresses again.
