VPN3000/NT Domain Auth/Can you limit who can bring up a tunnel?

We have a VPN3030. I am using NT domain authentication back to a Windows 2000 AD domain controller. Is there a way I can limit which users in AD have the right to bring up a VPN tunnel? I don't want the entirety of the AD user database to have access to the VPN.

TIA.

You can use RADIUS server (CSNT/IAS2000) to limit users in a particular group on your W2K domain to only be able to launch VPN client and connect.
