My user connects to a PIX with a Vpn client with stateful firewall ON(checked)
In this case no one else from outside can access anything on his laptop
Now he goes for a vacation and accesses Internet through that Laptop, someone installs a worm/some other software in that recoreds all he does.
Now he comes back to office uses laptop for VPNing into corporate network...allll traffic recorded by that software. He again disconnects and reconnects to Internet , now that someone from outside gains access to laptop and uses that software for analysing what he did ......Security threat isnt it?
how do I overcome this?
thanks a lot for your insight into this

The malware could have been installed by him, by reading email, etc. What worm/virus was it? A firewall will not protect against things a user initiates

Thanks for the reply,
Could you provide me any method for implementing such security ...any softwares/firewalls?
my users are not familiar with VPN technology and firewalll options...so I mean how can I force such security for them.
Thanks
