WAN connected to DMZ and access to inside and other DMZ

I have a PIX with total 6 ports, Outside connected to external router, Inside to LAN, DMZ1 to WEB servers, and need to connect on DMZ2 a router connected by its serieal to another router at another LAN

Is this setup can be done??

If yes, How I can make any connections comming through DMZ2 to access WEB servers on DMZ1 and inside mail server on Inside?

you probably can make it work. read up on static statements. you didn't post a config, so we cannot offer much help
