Warning 203 - Connection entry priviliges

I need to modify a connection entry but get this message. How do I get 'write priviliges'?

No need of any write priviliges.There are some options through which modifications to an Entry could be done.Refer the URL

Can you see the file in Windows explorer?

Right click on it and choose PROPERTIES.

Should be a check box at the bottom for READY ONLY, etc...make sure everything is unchecked and try again.

If you are from the old DOS days, you can find the file in DOS and run the ATTRIB command on it...

c:\attrib filename.123 -r -a -s -h

see if that helps.
