Web interface on IDM non-responsive/slow

Issue with IDM talking to 4210 (S34) sensor via web interface. Sometimes get blank screen that has to be refreshed/back button to get the initial sign-on screen.

Other times, it seems to work very slow and needs to be stopped and refreshed to go to a requested hyperlink. Running IE 6 on a Win 2K machine.

Do you have a proxy set up on this particular PC? Does it work better from another PC?

There is no proxy. The IDM is on the same subnet as the Sensor. Thanks,
