WebVPN capture tool

After enabling the WebVPN capture tool the supposed system generated files (mangle.* & original.*) are not getting generated at all.

Did we miss something related to logs?

Any idea? TIA.

I think you should check if you are using correct group username and password. Following links may help you

The client is using a VPN Concentrator Rel 4.7. The url points to ASA.
