Webvpn source address for outgoing http connections on 2821 Router

i have got a 2821 connected to the internet over a ip range that is only routed inside the service provider network. the vebvpn is running on the inside interface with a worldwide routable address, so everybody can connect to the vpn. but if the user enters a domain outside the providers network the packets get dropped at the border. so, what i actually need, is a command or solution that tells the router to use the inside ip for outgoing http connections.

any ideas, regards Martin
