what condition to change the ssh key fingerprint?

My customer complained the ssh fingerprint change due to it impacted the automatic ssh login into the FWSM module. Is the initial key goes forever if not issue the generation command? otherwise, what condition or configuration will be changed the key? for example, lifetime or something else....

Thanks in advace,

xxx@xxx:~> clogin xxxxx

xxxxx

spawn ssh -c 3des -x -l configmgr xxxxx

It is also possible that the RSA1 host key has just been changed.

The fingerprint for the RSA1 key sent by the remote host is xx:xx:.....
