What I try to do is to give Internet access to my remote offices through my

I have a 3640 Router which receives two E1, one towards Internet and another one towards my WAN network (Frame Relay).

In a Serial Interface I have configured my exit to Internet.

In another Serial Interface i recieve Frame Relay.

And several Sub Serial Interfaces towards remote offices.

This Router also has 2 Fast Ethernet.

One Interface is used towards my external network, and

the other Fast Ethernet Interface towards my internal network.

What I try to do is to give Internet access to my remote offices through my 515 UR PIX.

This 515 UR PIX has six Fast Ethernet Interfaces.

Is this configuration possible...?

No dont think so.

Surely your Internet connection needs to sit on another router to the internal WAN connectivity to allow these devices to be either side of the PIX?

Suggest you look at getting another router for you Internet connection, say a 1720 with WIC1T.
