Static NAT: In this type of NAT, the address to be translated and the translated address are fixed. This could either be 1-to-1 or many-to-many. The converse of this NAT type is Dynamic NAT.
Reverse NAT: Is a specific sub-type of Static NAT. It refers to the translation of a Public IP (For example on the DSL Router) to a Private IP (User PC). Since the direction is 'Reverse' its called Reverse NAT. However this term is non-standard jargon, that you should not worry about too much. Each vendor has his own terminology. Just like how we have InkJet, BubbleJet, Deskjet printers :)
