I am trying to configure Cisco works to get syslogs from the routers. 2 of the routers are outside the firewall, i want to allow the firewall to let the syslogs through, what port should use?

Not applicable

TCP 1740

For a complete reference about how to configure it, please go to:

TCP 1740 is for TCP Syslog, for eg PIX Firewall Syslog Server (PFSS) offers this. Most standard Syslog are UDP and use port 514.
