Why can't we log on to more than one place trough VPN?

My company use VPN for supporting our customer. The problem is that we only can support one customer at time, and when finished we must wait 15 minutes before we can login to the next one. If person number two try to logon while anoter is logged on, we got this messages:

"Remote peer is no longer responding."

We are using ADSL throug Tiscali as our connection trough internet.

I hope someone can help us so we can have the possible to support more than one customer at time.

Are the client behind a PAT device? or the concentrator behind a PAT device? Which VPN concentrator are you using?

IOS, PIX or VPN 3000? and which client version are you using?

If you are using a VPN3K with the clients behind a PAT device, you could use

IPSec thru TCP to bypass this issue, see:
