why our VPN always disconnected ?

Dear all:

After I logged in VPN , I can use it only five minutes, then it's disconnected by itself.The VPN client log below:

Received an IPC message during invalid state (IKE_MAIN:507)

could you tell me how I can resolve it ? Thank you a lot.
