I have a Pix 506 at headquarters.. the ceo want's to use his home dial-up to browse the WHOLE network.. get his email.. FULL NETWORK Access.. We have win2k pro on his laptop.. can anyone help me setup the Microsoft (native) or microsoft ipsec stuff with pre-shared keys.

You could try to do PPTP with MS W2K and PIX.

Or configure the PIX for IPSec pre-shared key as per:

And configure the 2000 client with pre-shared key (edit the registry) as per:
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;Q240262
With domain authentication, it would use cached credentials so you would lose his drive mappings.
Make sure WINS resolution is ok, and his cached credential are the same as his domain credential so he could browse the network.
