Windows 7 problem on NAC v4.7.2 with web authentication

Hello,

The problem  experienced on Windows 7 machines is the following:When they connect and authenticate successfully, they are repeatedly redirected to the authentication page and asked to reauthenticate.

Any help?

Hello,

I have perform some onsite triubleshooting and it seems taht the problem is not with all Windows 7 workstations.

The problem apperas only to 2 laptops(same model/brand HP Pavilion) with Windows 7 Home Premium with AVG and Kaspersky installed

I have asked the users to remove the software and try again.
