Windows XP VPN and Cisco Client VPN

In order to configure the client/workstaion side VPN to build the channel to the remote router/firewall, can I use either Windows XP built-in VPN or Cisco Client VPN?

It is advisable to use Cisco Client VPN.otherwise If you use a Cisco VPN Client version earlier than 4.6, add a rule in the Microsoft firewall to allow User Datagram Protocol (UDP) port 62515.As an alternative, upgrade the VPN Client to version 4.6 or later.
