wrong hostname in trap message

Hi,

Running PIX 515 Version 6.0(1)

Here are the lines of my config concerned with my question

hostname EONCORFW01

ip address inside 192.168.202.129 255.255.255.0

logging trap warnings

And here is a sample of what my syslog server gets A syslog message has been received from host XYQCNOCFW001 (192.168.202.129

As you can see the hostname does not correspond . And the hostname in the syslog message is the previous hostname of this firewall.It has been changed and a wr ter have been applied. But it remains somewhere in the config and the trap sender

is using this old value. Any idea on how to change this.

Does your SNMP server do DNS lookups?

And there was a remaining entry in the host file.
