WS-3524-XL-EN error

I can't see a neighbor WS-C3548 connected to a WS-C3524-XL-EN. The uplink ports are set to trunk mode and were previously working. The following error is being generated "Can't flush DM 0 queues 04, status FBFB0404 mode FFFBFBFF". Rebooting the WS-3524-XL-EN has cleared the error but I would like more information.

This error is an temporary error that when the system was not able to clear the queues.The error occurs when the process time alloted will be less when comparing to the total number of entries in the queue.So restarting the system will restart the whole process.so the process of clearing the queues will be automatically done by flushing the queues..
