Hello,
I have a SCE8080, enable antispam in the SCA-BB and also to send an RDR when a subscriber exceeds the configured quota. But in the Collection Manager I can not see the directory where you stored. The path is /home/scmscm/cm/adapters/CSVAdapter/csvfiles (SPAM_RDR is 4042322048).
[scmscm@CM-MSO1 csvfiles]$ ls
4042321984 4042323000 4042323004 4042323072

Hello Juan,
Looks like the tag#4042322048 is stored only in the DB by default.
If you want to save the RDRs in CSV, I think you need to modify ~scmscm/cm/config/queue.conf.
In that file, please add the red part below.
[bill-hi]
adapter_id=2
priority=3
warning_size=10000
maximum_size=12000
tags=4042323072,4042323004,4042323000,4042321984,4042322048
Then restart the CM.
