D9476 Clear-to-air mode (Clear QAM)

Hello,

My first time posting here so hopefully I've got this in the right place. 

I wondering if anyone here knows how to put some old D9476 Modulators into Clear QAM mode (disable PowerKey). Any thoughts or sugestion would be very helpful!

Hello Ruizm,

Yes, I am!

I'm not even sure if my software version (v1.5) can do this, and no one in Cisco is willing to tell me if a software update will fix it without a support contract. (I can't get a support contract because I bought it used AND this product is nearing end of life) 

Any suggestions would be appreciated,
