How SCE handle Layer 2 protocol?

SCE can classify Layer 3-7 traffic. How does it handle L2 protocol such as LACP? Will it just bypass it?

SCE sits on L1 and it ignores the L2 header and takes the L3-7 information to process and police as per policy. for LACP these control packets are bypassed by the SCE.
