We supporting an ISP, they have a 720x BRAS which is terminating the PPPOE clients. All users connecting via pppoe, the Authentication and accounting forwarded to a Randius server.
We suddenly notice the radius database there is a lot of "port error".
After that I started debug ppppoe error command, and this messages logged:
Nov 25 17:24:11.908 CET: PPPoE 37304: Bad Packet Length - dropping packet
Nov 25 17:24:13.012 CET: PPPoE 37920: Bad Packet Length - dropping packet
We searched this error message on cco web, but we didn't find good solution about this problem.
The clients complaining breakway!
