Safe Harbor Image date verification

I want to know, when did Cisco declared some particular IOS as Safe Harbor. I know the policy why Cisco declares the Image as safe harbor but dont know how can I check some image safe harbor date. For example In my case I have one 4506E chassis with Sup7L-E. Cisco is currently declaring 3.6.3E as safe harbor. I have below quries.

1- When did (Date) cisco declared  "3.6.3E" as safe harbor

2- What was the safe harbor image before "3.6.3E"

I tried extracting this information from release notes but did't find anything.

That wont be general release so unlikely anyone here unless there with TAC would be able to answer that

You could try hit them up directly they may provide more info on specific release dates that have already been pushed through
