SCA Reporting

I work for a large elco and have an SCE 8000 implementation primarily used for reporting.

I am getting lots of requests to report on stuff that does not come with the vanilla reports available in Bb Console and Insight. For example report on Subscriber browser type or type of PC./ Mobile handset.

It appears that this is doable based on the info in the User Guide, but not really too sure where to start with signatures / flavours etc.

Can anybody guide me on how to go about this in more simplistic terms than info in the User Guide.

Hi Ange,

Since I suppose you are already familiar with those terms you mentioned above, if you have any questions please post it here.

The best to start is just using that official docs. We do not have some short version or so. At least I am not aware of it.
