SCE 8000 / CM / MySQL - Empty table "INI_VALUES"

Hello

I have SCE8000 appliance (4.1.0). IT sends RDR records to CM (4.1.0) which should save data to the Mysql database.

There is als anothe host with Cisco Insight Reporter installed.

If I try to connect Insight Reporter to CM I see error message:

The I've checked tables in 'apricot' database on CM host - tehere is no "INI_VALUES" table:

mysql> show tables;
+-----------------------------+
| Tables_in_apricot
+-----------------------------+
| CONF_SE_TZ_OFFSET
| IMEI_DEVICETYPE
| RPT_DEVICE_COUNT

| RPT_DVLINK                  |

.....

| RPT_ZUR                     |
+-----------------------------+
38 rows in set (0.00 sec)

What I do wrong?

1) SCE is successfully connected to CM:

SCE8000-2#show RDR-formatter connection-status
Connection is: up
Forwarding mode: redundancy
Connection Table:
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
| Collector       | Port  |Status| Priority per Category:
| IP-Address  /   |       |      |-------------------------------------------------------|
| Host-Name       |       |      | Category1   | Category2   | Category3   | Category4
|-----------------|-------|------|-------------|-------------|-------------|-------------|
| 172.16.0.59     | 33000 | up   | 100 primary | ---         | ---         | ---

2) CM is running and connected to database:

[scmscm@CM]$     ~scmscm/setup/monitor/monitor.sh -d -a
Test: 01db_up.sh. Status: PASS. Message: db is up
Test: 02cm_up.sh. Status: PASS. Message: CM is running

To create INI_Values table you should create and apply any service configuration in SCA BB Console first.
