Hello.

At SCE8000 error occurs:

Interrupt Received from: NalaDPT[0].Tx[0].CTX_ISR.ECCSingleErrorInt -  description: RLDRAM ECC single bit error interrupt   - count: 1

Interrupt Received from:  NalaDPT[0].Tx[0].CTX_ISR.ECCSingleErrorInt - description: RLDRAM ECC  single bit error interrupt   - count: 2

Interrupt Received from:  NalaDPT[0].Tx[0].CTX_ISR.ECCSingleErrorInt - description: RLDRAM ECC  single bit error interrupt   - count: 3

Interrupt Received from:  NalaDPT[0].Tx[0].CTX_ISR.ECCSingleErrorInt - description: RLDRAM ECC  single bit error interrupt   - count: 4

etc..

Sometimes there is an error "Interrupt Received from: NalaDPT[0].Tx[0].CTX_ISR.ECCMultiErrorInt - description: RLDRAM ECC multi bit error interrupt

" and the device reboots.

SCE8000-SIP was replaced. SPA-8X1GE-V2 was also replaced. Problems with the device continues.

In what could be the problem?

Thanks.

Did you solve problem?

After upgrade SCOS 3.8.5 to 4.0.0 the problem went away for a while. But today the problems started again:

Interrupt Received from: NalaDPT[0].Tx[0].CTX_ISR.ECCSingleErrorInt - description: RLDRAM ECC single bit error interrupt   - count: 0
Interrupt Received from: NalaDPT[0].Tx[0].CTX_ISR.ECCSingleErrorInt - description: RLDRAM ECC single bit error interrupt   - count: 1
Interrupt Received from: SimbaDPT[0].Tx[0].CTX_ISR.ECCSingleErrorInt - description: RLDRAM ECC single bit error interrupt   - count: 0
Interrupt Received from: SimbaDPT[0].Tx[0].CTX_ISR.ECCSingleErrorInt - description: RLDRAM ECC single bit error interrupt   - count: 1
Interrupt Received from: SimbaDPT[0].Tx[0].CTX_ISR.ECCSingleErrorInt - description: RLDRAM ECC single bit error interrupt   - count: 2
Interrupt Received from: SimbaDPT[0].Tx[0].CTX_ISR.ECCMultiErrorInt - description: RLDRAM ECC multi bit error interrupt

Maybe it's a software problem, although the error says about the hardware.

I will try to upgrade scos to version 4.1.0.
