Can someone confirm me if this message is related with the processor or another thing?

Hello,

Your understanding is right, this is because your platform is not supported.

When you install SM on Solaris, you need SPARC64 architecture.

Please review the following system requirements.

Cisco Service Control Management Suite Subscriber Manager User Guide, Release 3.7.x

http://www.cisco.com/en/US/partner/docs/cable/serv_exch/serv_control/broadband_app/rel37x/smug/Installation_and_Upgrading.html

CPU

SUN SPARC, 64-bit, minimum 500 MHz (for Solaris)

Intel processor, 32-bit or 64-bit, minimum 1 GHz (for Linux Red Hat)

The TimesTen DB installer checks this and generate the following errors

if the platform is not supported as you saw.

You appear to be trying to install on an unsupported OS.

See Release Notes for supported platforms. Installation Aborted.

Thanks,

Tomo
