1100 GUI interface wont display

This concerns the 1100 AP I cannot access the HTTP page I can use the IOS. is there a command/switch that turns this function on. New out of the box I can but when I load the script I cannot get HTTP I have review the scripts commands to no avail

Try resetting it to factory defaults and configuring it afresh. Copy the old configurations and the IOS versions ready to be TFTPed before doing this.
