This should help. They are compliatn as long as you are running a 2.4 range.

Re: 1200 SERIES AP COMPATIBILITY WITH 340US AP'S AND 340US BRIDG

WE HAVE AN ISP WITH OUR INFASTRUCTURE USING A LARGE NUMBER OF THE AIR-BR342US BRIDGES RUNING IN CLIENT MODE. WE HAVE ADDED SOME OF THE 350'S AIR-BR350-A-K9 BUT THEY WILL NOT COMMUNICATE WITH THE 340'S IN ANY MODE. WE WANT TO ADD SOME OF THE 1242AG APS TO OUR STRUCTOR AND WANT TO BE SURE THEY WILL COMMUNICATE WITH OUR 340 BRIDGES IN CLIENT MODE RUNNING 2.4GHZ RANGE. I JUST WANTED TO CLEAR UP THAT WE ARE NOT USING 340AP'S. WHAT DO YOU THINK?
