1231 (at home) internal DHCP ??

Please excuse the basic question. I am trying to figure out if the AP 1231G can be used at home.

This is the setup.

A housing complex with CAT 5 in all appartments. User just plugs a PC to the wall and gets DHCP from provider.

I need to plug the AP straight to the wall and allow the user to get internal home DHCP through the Cisco AP 1231G, is that possible?

I can't find any document that show how to configure it.
