1240 workgroup bridge as a client

In my wireless domain, I'll have a WDS, with 40+ AP as infra client, and 50+ workgroup bridges as client to the infra AP .

My question :

1) Only need to enable workgroup bridge on the client, right??

2) Do I need any root bridge ??

To the best of my knowledge, yes you should make it as client and it not required any root brige. Since you have 40+ AP in your network, I thik its not needed for any Root bridge here.

but, im having difficulties for these bridges to connect to the AP.

have configured the security/ssid as required.

any thing exctra that needed for it to act as a bridge??
