1400 BR and VLANS

Greetings,

I have 2 1400 bridges. The bridges are connecting a network with 2 VLANS. Do I still have to configure VLANS or some sort of dot1q tagging on the bridge?

I was under the assumption that as long as the bridges associated and authenticated, they would pass all traffic and it was the duty of the switch trunks to seperate the VLANs....

You extend VLANs into a wireless LAN by adding IEEE 802.11Q tag awareness to the bridge. VLAN 802.1Q trunking is supported between root and non-root bridges through the bridges' primary SSID.
