2710 Location Appliance

I am trying to update our Smartnet for our location appliance but can't get the serial number. It's supposedly printed on the bottom of the device or accessible via WCS 'Advanced Parameters' page.

The appliance is mounted in a rack not easily moved and WCS gives me the PID and VID but no serial number.

Is there a way to get the serial from the CLI?

Hmmm.... The CLI command to pull the info give s the same info as the web frontend

/opt/locserver/bin/getserverinfo
