340 AP firmware - toasted

I followed the instruction to flash the formware via the console. I erased the Flash but was unable to upload the image. Now, each time I connect via the Console port, the Express Setup is no longer there. All I see is the main menu.

I could see 2 fiels: a) Config:AP Installation Key b) Config:AWC_ConfigDB

I tried uploading these file into Flash but it take forever(tried overnight) but never succeed.

Before I send in the AP for repair, is there anything I should try.

Unfortuantly this can only be recovered by a return to factory

I just had the same issue as a previous post inregards to a firmware upgrade going south on a BR-342. The flash haulted in the middle now I can not access through the console at all. Is there a boot strap inside the box that can be reset for default access?
