350 Client Adapter and Windows 2000 Advanced Server

I have PC with Win 2000 Adv Ser and 350 Client Adapter with firmware 4.25.30 and NDIS 8.2.30. I have AP 342 with no encription, open authentication and default SSID (tsunami). The problem is: 350 Client Adapter is authenticated with AP but not associated. In the Association table of AP 342 there is a client but hi is authenticated and not associated. All other wireless clients in LAN work normaly and associated with AP.

You just need to find the difference between the config of clients which are working fine and the one which is not..
