There is a couple, althougth this is in no way of a endorcement for the product one example is the Linksys dual band 802.11a and 802.11g card WMP55AG http://www.linksys.com/products/product.asp?grid=33&scid=36&prid=526
Your best be is to look through the WiFi certified products list for one that suits your needs, remember to search the dual band cards also.

Cisco doesnt have one, something to be mindful of with higher speed NIC for a PCI slot is that the PCI bus speed is relatively low and can affect throughput compared to other buses like pcmcia and card bus

I have a similar quandary to rpalacio's. One of my clients wants to use the Cisco 5GHz CardBus 802.11a cards in their desktop PCs by installing PCI-to-CardBus adapters and simply inserting the Cisco cards into those. Has anyone here done that before? Any recommendations on an adapter brand?
Thanks,
Seth

You might want to look at these, especially the P111 model. I am in the same situation and I'll be trying these.
