6 users were connected wireless , when user 7 tried to connect with failed

As long as the number of users stays below 5 or 6, there are no problems and users can connect and disconnect without problems. As soon as the number of users increase above that, we're having problems to get everyone connected and we normally have to reboot the oeap to let everyone in

the OEAP 600 should support a total of 15 wireless users. What sort of network connectivity (WAN / Internet)? What bandwidth and latency?

It is local ISP provided Broadband internet connectivity.

This limit is by ISP may be they have restricted the max user session to 5 or 6 or may be limit the DHCP scope .
