hi,
the 802.11a specs do not allow the use of external antenna connector..the antenna is integrated ,so is it possible to dismantle the access point and cards to locate the antenna and modify it to our needs...please help..thank you

I'm sure you could. You won't find much help in doing so as I don't think anyone does this. Better to purchase the proper ap with external antenna option.

I would recommend you to purchase a new AP with external antenna. Because I have never seen anyone to able to do this.

Exactly what model of AP or Router with built-in AP are you talking about?
